For high traffic floors Treatex Hardwax Oil Clear can be mixed in the ratio 10:1 to Treatex Hardener to increase the mechanical resistance of the finished surface. Treatex Hardener can be used in one or both coats of Treatex Hardwax Oil Clear. Adding Treatex Hardener to Treatex Hardwax Oil starts a chemical reaction which can't be stopped, the mixture will set in the tin even with the lid on! The mixture remains usable for up to three hours, so only mix enough for one coat at a time.
Treatex Spray On Floor & Surface Cleaner is a convenient ready diluted spray, which is designed to quickly clean and maintain surfaces treated with Treatex Hardwax Oil without making them slippery. Spray the surface lightly with Treatex Spray On Floor & Surface Cleaner taking care not to soak the floor. Use a cloth, mop or slow buffing machine with a white pad to clean the floor. Floor Care
